Wheat flour, sugar, glucose, baking powder for gingerbread (raising agents: disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate; spice blend including ground cinnamon 9.3% and ground star anise 0.3%), malt extract, emulsifiers (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), colors (E150c, carminic acid, riboflavin), flavoring (ethylvanillin).

You will need: 350 ml water, 1 egg, 12 tablespoons of oil.
Pour the contents into a bowl, add water, egg, and oil. Mix well.
Pour the batter into a greased and floured baking tray (approx. 30 × 25 cm).
Bake in a preheated oven at 150–160 °C for 20–25 minutes.
Let cool and decorate as desired, for example with powdered icing.
