Heat in a microwave oven or in a water bath.

Microwave oven:
1. Pierce the film with a fork.
2. Heat at 800 W for 30 seconds.
3. Remove the film and stir the contents thoroughly. If any pieces are larger than 1.5 cm (see the inside of the packaging), cut them smaller.
4. Check the temperature of the meal and serve immediately.

Water bath:
1. Heat (do not boil) for about 1.5 minutes immersed in water.
2. Cool under cold water.
