Wheat flour, Sugar, Salt, Dried whey, Dried yeast, Fine soy flour, Emulsifiers (E472e, E170), Guar gum, Flavouring, Antioxidant (ascorbic acid), Bakery enzyme premix

Preparation instructions
Combine 500 g mix with 250 ml lukewarm water and 50 ml oil.

Knead until smooth; cover and proof in a warm place for ≈ 40 min.

On a floured board, roll the dough into ropes and wind onto forms (metal tubes, clean baby-food jars, or our Tescoma mould). Leave small gaps; gently roll the wound dough to seal.

Brush with melted butter and bake at 180 °C (356 °F) for 15–20 min, depending on desired browning.

While hot, lightly brush with butter and coat in cinnamon sugar or crushed nuts.

Tip: For larger batches, scale liquids at the same 500 g : 250 ml : 50 ml ratio.
