Shipping policy
We ship worldwide from our EU warehouse (Ostrava, Czech Republic). Most shipments are tracked. Final shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on destination and total order weight. Prices below are “from” and increase with weight tiers.
Order Processing
Orders placed by 06:00 CET usually ship the same day or within 2 business days. Tracking details are emailed when your order leaves our warehouse.

Duties & Taxes
EU customers: VAT is included where applicable.
Non-EU customers (incl. UK/US/CA/CH/NO): local duties/taxes may be collected by the carrier upon import.
Addresses, PO Boxes & Delivery Attempts
We don’t ship to APO/FPO. PO Boxes may be limited to postal methods. Please ensure your address and phone number are correct; redelivery or address changes after dispatch may incur a carrier fee.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
Most shipments are tracked. If your parcel seems delayed or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the delivery attempt so we can open a trace with the carrier.
Returns (Summary)
Items can be returned within 30 days in original condition. International return postage is paid by the customer. Full details are on our Returns page.
How Shipping Prices Are Calculated
At checkout you see the lowest available price for your region; the amount increases with parcel weight (e.g. 0–0.25 kg, 0.25–0.5 kg, 0.5–1 kg, etc.). Combining multiple items in one order is usually more economical.
