Refund policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we’re here to help! Because we sell food, we only accept returns for items that are still in their original, unopened packaging. The return shipping costs are at your own expense. If your order arrives damaged or is not consumable, please send us a request at info@czechiafood.com or use our contact form, along with a photo of the damaged item. We will promptly refund the cost of that product plus a partial shipping fee. You can request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Returned items must be in their original, unopened packaging.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of use or tampering.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  1. Log in to our online return portal using your email address and order ID (or contact us directly by email).
  2. Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order.
  3. Ship all items back to us using your preferred carrier (the shipping label is not prepaid).
  4. Inform us via email or our contact form once the items have been sent.

  • Once we receive your unopened product, we will issue a refund or send a replacement within 7 business days.
