Hornea en casa una hogaza contundente de pan checo de girasol. La mezcla de Labeta combina harina de trigo y de centeno con un 11 % de pipas de girasol y un toque de alcaravea: solo tienes que añadir agua tibia, dejar que suba y hornear. Incluye un sobre de levadura seca y funciona en el horno o en la panificadora.

The pack contains 494 g of bread mix and a 6 g sachet of dried yeast.
Oven: Combine both sachets and add 380 ml of lukewarm water. Knead into a dough with an electric mixer or wooden spoon, place it in a greased and floured loaf (or small cake) tin, and let it rise in a warm place for 50–60 minutes. Bake at 190 °C for about 45 minutes.
Bread machine: Pour 380 ml of lukewarm water into the pan, add the mix and the yeast sachet, and select a program of about 2 hours.
Tip: before mixing, you can add 50–100 g of diced smoked meat, bacon, sausage, hard cheese, onion or herbs.
