Preparation: Whisk 700 g of quark until smooth. Pour the contents of the sachet into a larger bowl and add 100 ml of lukewarm water (not cold). Whisk vigorously by hand for about 15 seconds. Then immediately start adding the quark in portions, whisking thoroughly. Sweeten to taste. After spreading onto the base, let it set in the fridge for 2 hours. Do not use with fresh pineapple, papaya, figs or kiwi. Instead of quark, you can use ricotta or another fresh cheese mixed with sour cream.
