Paste ingredients: Wheat flour, Lard, Rapeseed oil, Edible salt, Starch, Dried cream, Flavorings (contain egg, milk, celery), Sugar, Mushrooms (garden champignon 1%, boletus 0.9%), Soy hydrolyzate, Ground onion 1.3%, Citric acid, Dried butter, Rosemary extract, Chives, Ground celery, Dill 0.1%, Ground white pepper 0.05%, Spice blend.

Contains wheat, egg, milk, celery, soy. May contain traces of mustard.

Preparation instructions

1. Pour 350 ml of water and 150 ml of milk into a pot and bring to a boil.
2. Add the soup paste from the container and stir continuously while cooking for 8 minutes.
3. For a richer soup, add 2 chopped boiled potatoes to the pot and cook together.
4. For a traditional touch, prepare two poached eggs and serve with the soup. (To poach eggs: Add 2 tablespoons of vinegar to 1 liter of boiling water, gently break the eggs into the water, and simmer for 4 minutes.)
