Preparation instructions

For general wellness: 300 ml before breakfast and dinner for 21 days
For pregnant & nursing women: Max 200 ml per day
For electrolyte replenishment: 400-600 ml after intense physical activity
For daily iodine intake: 25-30 ml
Serving suggestions:
