A large traditional Plánský perník from the Rej bakery in Planá nad Lužnicí, filled with apple and plum fruit filling (17%) and coated in dark glaze (14%). On top is an edible picture of one of the three figures of the Czech St. Nicholas Eve tradition on 5 December: St. Nicholas (Mikuláš), the devil (Čert) or the angel (Anděl). A classic Czech treat for children and a lovely addition to a Christmas or St. Nicholas gift.
