Ingredients

Ingredients (per 100 g): birch leaf (27.5 g), bearberry leaf (22.5 g), knotgrass herb (11 g), spiny restharrow root (10 g), parsley root (10 g), nettle herb (10 g), yarrow herb (7 g), elderflower (2 g).

Preparation instructions

Pour a cup of boiling water over 1 tablespoon (5 g) of the tea blend. Steep for 15 minutes, then strain. Drink warm 3–5 times a day.
👉 Recommended use: usually 1–2 weeks. If symptoms persist or worsen, consult a doctor.
