Rosehip fruit (56%), linden flower (23%), blackcurrant fruit (10%), rooibos (5%), mullein flower (5%), echinacea root (1%).

Preparation instructions

Children 6 months–3 years: 1–2 cups daily.
Children 3+ years: 2–3 cups daily.
Adults: 3–5 cups daily.
Brew 1 tea bag in 250 ml boiling water for 5–10 minutes.
Always prepare fresh. If sweetened, limit sugar to 5 g per 100 ml and use a cup rather than a bottle for infants to avoid tooth decay.
