HOW TO PREPARE:
🥔 POTATO LOKŠE (Flatbreads):
Pour the contents of the package into a bowl. Add 450–500 ml of water (depending on how firm you want the dough). Mix into a dough and let it rest for 5 minutes.
Divide into portions, roll into thin flatbreads, and fry on a greased pan or cook on a dry pan.
🥄 HALUŠKY (Potato Dumplings):
Pour the contents of the package into a bowl. Add 650–750 ml of water (based on desired dough consistency). Mix into a dough and let rest for 5 minutes.
Then press the dough through a halušky strainer or drop small pieces into boiling water using a spoon. Cook for about 1 minute, drain, and serve.
