A light Czech-style broth thickened with rice and softened carrot, parsley root, celeriac and a little broccoli, with lean veal for protein. Sweetened only by white grape juice — no salt and no thickeners beyond the rice itself. Suitable from the end of the 6th month; warm gently and stir before serving.
