The lid must click when the jar is opened. Open the jar before heating, stir and warm it through without boiling, for example in a water bath. Check the temperature before serving! Do not keep a portion that has already been warmed. Store any unused contents in the closed jar in the fridge and use within 48 hours. Do not use a metal spoon, as it could damage the jar.
