The lid must click when the jar is opened. Before warming, open the jar, stir the contents and heat them (do not boil), for example in a water bath. Check the temperature before serving. Do not keep a portion that has already been warmed. Store any unused contents in the closed jar in the fridge and use within 48 hours. Do not use a metal spoon, it could damage the jar.
