1. Pour the contents of the bag into a bowl and add 440 ml of cold water. Knead well and let the dough rest for 3 minutes.
2. Shape the dough into dumpling rolls about 5 cm in diameter.
3. Place the dumplings into boiling salted water and cook for 15–20 minutes depending on diameter. Makes 24–28 slices.
Grandma's tip – potato pieces: Shape the dough into rolls about 2 cm in diameter, cut into 3 cm pieces, and boil in salted water for 5–7 minutes. A great side dish instead of sliced dumplings.
