Yellow gel food colouring with natural curcumin colour, in a 10 g tube. Heat stable and suitable for colouring marzipan, fondant, dough and creams. Cut off the tip and add gradually, using no more than 2 teaspoons per 100 g of mixture. Colours can be mixed.
