1. In a bowl, combine the mix, yeast packet, and 330 ml of lukewarm water. Knead into a smooth dough. Dust with flour, cover with a tea towel, and let it rise in a warm place for 45–60 minutes.
2. On a floured surface, divide the dough into 10 pieces. Roll each piece into thin rounds and gently stretch the edges by hand. Fry in hot oil or lard until golden on both sides.
3. Serve warm, seasoned with salt, and top as desired—try garlic, ketchup, sour cream, and grated cheese.
