Ingredients

Wheat flour, Sugar, Edible salt, Dried baker’s yeast 1.3% (dried yeast 99%, Emulsifier (sorbitan monostearate)), Dried skimmed milk.

Preparation instructions

Package contains:

500 g dough mix
7 g Dr. Oetker dry yeast (packed separately to ensure high quality and proper rising)
Additional ingredients needed:

260 ml lukewarm water
120 ml oil (12 tablespoons)
Filling (e.g., plum jam, fruit preserves, cottage cheese, poppy seed filling)
Baking Instructions:

Pour the dough mix into a bowl and combine with the included yeast. Add lukewarm water and oil, then mix with a wooden spoon until smooth and non-sticky. Cover with a cloth and let rise in a warm place for 45–60 minutes.
Roll out the dough to about 1 cm thick on a floured surface and cut it into squares. Place a small amount of filling in the center and fold the dough over, sealing the edges.
Brush the sides of the buns with oil and arrange them close together on a greased baking sheet.
Bake until golden brown at:
Electric oven: 190°C for 35–40 minutes
Fan oven: 170°C for 35–40 minutes
Gas oven: Medium setting for 35–40 minutes
(Adjust according to your oven experience!)
Let the buns cool before separating them.
