Ingredients

Dry mix ingredients: Wheat flour, Sugar, Dextrose, Raising agents (disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate), Spices (cinnamon, anise, cloves, coriander, fennel) 1.3%, Caramel powder, Lupin flour, Dried skimmed milk, Edible salt, Fiber.

Preparation instructions

You will need:
400 ml water or milk
120 ml oil (12 tbsp)

Preheat your oven:
Electric oven: 165°C (30–40 min)
Fan oven: 155°C (30–40 min)
Gas oven: Medium heat (30–40 min)

Mix the batter:
Empty the package into a bowl.
Add water (or milk) and oil.
Optional: Enhance the taste with 2-3 tbsp of honey.
Mix thoroughly with a wooden spoon or electric mixer.

Bake:
Pour the batter into a greased and floured baking tray (30x40 cm).
Bake according to the temperature guidelines.
Check doneness with a toothpick – if it comes out clean, the gingerbread is ready.

Finishing touches:
Once cooled, spread with jam and drizzle with Dr. Oetker dark glaze.
Garnish with nuts, coconut, or sprinkles.
