Preparation instructions

For Egg Aspics:
Mix the sachet contents with 3–4 tablespoons of cold water or broth.
Allow the mixture to swell for about 10 minutes.
Heat gently while stirring until fully dissolved (do not boil).
Immediately stir into the aspic mixture and continue as per your recipe.

For Aspics and Jellies:
Mix the sachet contents with 0.5 liters of cold water or broth.
Let the mixture swell for about 10 minutes.
Heat gently while stirring until fully dissolved (do not boil).
Let the gelatine cool slightly and then use according to your recipe.

Tip:
To enhance the flavor of your aspics, use a warm broth infused with onions, bay leaves, allspice, and pepper. Add vinegar, salt, and sugar to taste, and then dissolve the gelatine in this mixture.
