A blend of dried mushrooms from České houby: bay bolete, slippery jack, oyster mushroom and porcini. It has a deep, earthy forest aroma that gives soups, sauces and risottos a rich umami taste. Soak the mushrooms in water for 1 hour and bring them to a boil before further use, for example in traditional Czech kulajda soup or houbový kuba.
