Een gladde, zacht zoete vruchtenpuree van appel- en perenpulp: voor elke 100 g eindproduct wordt 60 g fruit gebruikt. Hamánek is al generaties lang het vaste vruchtendessert van Tsjechische baby's – mild, niet te zoet en licht verteerbaar. Lepel het rechtstreeks uit het potje of roer het door de pap.
