Wheat flour, Dried ground onion, Salt, Dried chopped onion, Pork lard, Sweet paprika 4%, Flavors (contain gluten), Dried hydrolyzed soy protein, Spice mix, Colorant (ammonia caramel).

Instructions de préparation

Prepare the Meat:
Cut 500 g of unsalted pork or beef into cubes and sear it over lard or oil on high heat.

Add the Mix:
Pour in the contents of the packet, stir well, and immediately add 500 ml of lukewarm water.

Simmer:
Cover and simmer gently for about 55-60 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the meat is tender.

💡 Pressure Cooker Alternative:
For a faster version, add only 300 ml of lukewarm water and cook under pressure for 20 minutes on low heat.
