When you purchase a Czech Mystery Food Box Subscription, you agree to receive one surprise box of Czech food products on a recurring monthly basis. Your subscription renews automatically every month until you pause or cancel it.

The exact contents of each box may vary depending on current stock, product availability, destination country restrictions and shipping limitations. Mystery boxes may contain allergens such as gluten, milk, soy, nuts or other ingredients, so this product may not be suitable for customers with allergies or strict dietary requirements.

Shipping is calculated based on your delivery address and the available carrier options. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, local holidays, weather, carrier delays or incorrect address details.

You can manage your subscription through your customer account or through the subscription management link provided in our subscription emails. You may pause, skip or cancel your subscription before the next renewal date.

If you need help with your subscription, please contact us through our contact page before your next renewal is processed. Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it may not be possible to cancel that specific shipment.
