International shipping update for customers outside the EU

Starting January 1, 2026, Czech Post will no longer allow goods to be shipped via registered RR mail. This service will be limited strictly to paper documents only.
This change mainly affects small parcels up to 2 kg sent via standard (non-express) shipping.

Express services (DHL, FedEx, etc.) are not affected by this change.

The good news:
👉 Your Czechia Food orders are not affected in any negative way.

We have arranged an alternative international shipping service that:

  • matches the previous price of registered mail
  • delivers reliably, just like before
  • is temporarily without online tracking

If a parcel does not arrive within the expected timeframe, we follow the same trusted process:

  • contact us
  • we investigate
  • we resend the order or issue a refund

Historically, many destinations such as Canada or Australia never supported Czech Post tracking reliably – yet deliveries were highly dependable, with the vast majority arriving safely and on time.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
